Mortgage Advisers Feel Effects of Credit Crunch Fear
June 27th, 2008Specialist mortgage and remortgage leads and appointments brokerage CPR Marketing Solutions report that independent mortgage advisers are finding consumer scepticism a growing challenge in the current economic climate.
Fears about the looming global credit crunch, escalating remortgaging fees and borrowing rates, and the suspicion that even tougher times may be around the corner is seeing potential clients think twice before enlisting the help of financial services experts, regardless of the opportunities to save on offer.
"Despite the proven track record of our advisers in reducing monthly household outgoings through remortgaging and debt restructuring, consumers are simply reluctant to make any moves in the current financial marketplace," says Adam Haycock, Sales and Marketing Executive at CPR, an established data and marketing operation who place leads and appointments with a nationwide network of experienced mortgage advisers.
